Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team first. All returns must be registered before sending the item back.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please ensure you include a valid tracking number when returning your item.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately and provide the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item that is damaged
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence

If your parcel was damaged during delivery, please also include a photo of the packaging.

All damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Without proof, we cannot issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.


Incorrect Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact our support team as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • The item you ordered
  • The item you received
  • A photo of the received item

We will resolve this as quickly as possible.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return your original order and place a new order on our website.


Return Costs

If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping is free.

If you ordered the wrong item, it does not fit, or you no longer want it, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
